Gelonghui May 27 丨 Zhuanghuang Group Company (08501nftgameblockchain.HK) announced that based on a preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the year ended March 31, 2024 and information currently available to the Board of Directors, the Group expects to record a loss attributable to company owners of approximately 1 during that period.nftgameblockchain.3 million Hong Kong dollars, while profit attributable to owners of the company for the year ended March 31, 2023 recorded approximately HK$1.0 million.
The main reason for the expected turnaround of the Group's performance into loss is due to the combined impact of the following factorsnftgameblockchain:(i) The Group's revenue from heavy equipment projects decreased during the yearnftgameblockchain; and (ii) did not receive any subsidies from the Employment Support Plan and Remote Business Plan established by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region during the year (2023: approximately HK$1.7 million).
