[U.S. corn export inspections fell 27.75% month-on-month last week] The latest data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture shows thatopensourcecryptogames, for the week ending May 9, U.S. corn export inspections were 937opensourcecryptogames, 729 tons, down 27.75% from the revised 1,299,008 tons in the previous week. Compared with the same period last year, the volume of export inspections also dropped. In the same period last year, the week ending May 11, 2023, the U.S. corn export inspection volume was 1,173,783 tons. Compared with current data, there was a year-on-year decrease of 20.8%. So far, the cumulative inspection volume of U.S. corn exports has reached 33,933,661 tons. In comparison, the cumulative volume for the same period in the previous year was 26,051,611 tons, an increase of approximately 29.5%. The U.S. corn crop year begins on September 1 each year and ends on August 31 of the following year.
