The target company is a limited company registered in China, which is wholly owned by the seller and is mainly engaged in the real estate development business related to Jiahui Haoting Phase 3. The target company is the project company, legal ownership holder and owner of Jiahui Haoting Phase 3.
The target company was previously a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiaxintong Real Estate, which is wholly owned by he.
