Because (I) Fujian Investment Group holds about 59% of the company through Guixin and Samba.Harrah'scherokeevideopoker.53% interest and is the controlling shareholder of the company.Harrah'scherokeevideopoker; (ii) Mr. Ip is an independent non-executive director; and (iii) Mr. Han holds approximately 15.51% interest in the company through his controlled corporation and is a substantial shareholder of the company, which is not regarded as a member of the public under the listing rules. In view of the fact that they hold a total interest of about 75.18% in the company, the public shareholding of the company is about 24.82% as at the date of this announcement, which is below the minimum required percentage.
The management of the company is discussing with relevant parties possible measures to restore public shareholding. The company will issue an announcement on the resumption of public shareholding in due course.
