The "60,000 tons of high-quality nylon PA66 filament project with an annual output of 60,000 tons" has an estimated total investment of 1.031 billion yuan, and the expected construction period will end until December 2029. The company announced on the same day that it plans to sell 100% equity of Tongtuo Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and all operating assets related to its main business, to Huakai Yibai at a price of 700 million yuan.
