According to the company's announcement, the exercise of the over-allotment option involves 1,042videoarcadenearme.70,000 shares, accounting for 12.33% of the initially available shares in the global offering.
The over-allotted shares will be issued at HK$3.80 per share, which is the same price as the global offering per share but excludes fees such as brokerage commissions.
In addition, the company also announced that in accordance with the Securities and Futures (Stability Price) Rules, Chapter 571W of the Laws of Hong Kong, the stable price period for global offerings ended on the same day.
