("Wemmade") entered into a publishing license agreement ("License Agreement"). under the licence agreementvideopokerlessons, China Crown will exclusively distribute and provide mobile and PC versions of the new version of MIR M games in the mainland of China. According to relevant Chinese laws and regulations, games may include blockchain technology, but subject to further consent by both parties. The license period is 5 years from the date of commercial release and may be extended for another year if no party objects. It is expected to be commercially available in early 2025.
