Evergrande Automobile: About 29% of shares were acquired immediately
Evergrande Motor revealed in an announcement issued by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that 3.145 billion potential shares for sale, accounting for 29.0% of the company's total issued shares, will be acquired immediately. At the same time, an additional 3.203 billion shares, or 29.5% of the issued shares, will be the subject of options that potential buyers can exercise within a specific time after the agreement date. The company plans to apply to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of shares on the Stock Exchange starting from 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2024.
