The sale was completed on May 16, 2024, and all the buyer's rights and obligations under the agreement were transferred to Jiechuang Co., Ltd. on the same day before the settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. After the completion, the Group no longer owns any equity interest in the target company (MLD Resorts Laos Limited) and the target company is no longer accounted for as a subsidiary of the Group.
