The Hunan Province Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature warning, and some areas in northern and central Hunan may face high temperatures above 35℃
At 15:37 on May 24, 2024, the Hunan Province Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature yellow warning signal. According to forecasts, from the evening of the 24th to the evening of the 25th, temperatures in some areas of northern and central Hunan are expected to reach or exceed 35℃, and may even exceed 37℃ in some areas.
The early warning areas include Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, eastern Xiangxi Prefecture, Zhangjiajie, southern Changde, southwestern Yiyang, Huaihua, Loudi, and northern Hengyang. At present, relevant departments have advised residents in these areas to take preventive measures to cope with possible high temperature weather.
